• 21 days or more prior to the confirmed reservation date – A client is entitled to a full refund of the down payment if the cancellation made is 21 days or more prior to his/her arrival.
• 21 days - 8 days prior to the confirmed reservation date – Cancellation: A client is required to pay a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the reservation if a cancellation is made 21 days – 8 days prior to his/her arrival.Alterations in the dates of a confirmed reservation: - if the client wishes to alter the dates of the stay, 21 days or less prior to the reservation dates the client will be required to pay a penalty fee equaling the cost of one extra night.
• 7 days prior to the confirmed reservation or non show – Cancellation: In case of a cancelation 7 days prior to the confirmed reservation or non-show (the expected client does not arrive on the given date) IRIDA reserves the right to charge or demand payment for 100% of the total amount of the confirmed reservation and release the studio.
Alterations in the dates of a confirmed reservation on the arrival date: - if the client wishes to alter the dates of the original confirmed reservation on the day of his expected arrival the client will be expected to pay in full the cost of the original reservation if the resulting visit is less than the confirmed. Additional, costs resulting from an extension of the reservation will be cleared at the reception desk.
• Changes in the dates of a confirmed reservation: - if the client wishes to completely change the dates of his reservation to another time, the above rules and time limits apply.
• Changes in the dates of a confirmed reservation: - if the client wishes to completely change the dates of his reservation to another time, this change will be considered a cancellation, and the aforementioned rules will apply.
Notes:
The above policies are in accordance to the ordinance (N. 1652/86 F.E.K. 167A'). The day limits (21 days etc.) are based on calendar days from the expected reservation and not on the date the reservation is made.Alterations and changes in confirmed dates will be offered, given that IRIDA has availability. A change in the units may be required in order to facilitate the visitors.

• All types of studios are primarily furnished and equipped to accommodate two persons. Each studio has one extended double bed (1,40m X 2,00m); we do not offer twin accommodations. We may facilitate separate sleeping arrangements by making up a sofa bed.
• The *third and the **fourth person is accommodated by use of a sofa bed &/or folding bed (both with standard single size orthopedic cushioning).
• 20% will be applied to the official rates for each extra bed.
• Families traveling with children must take into consideration that our location, though ideal for adults, may not be ideal for those under the age of 15. Families must be aware that we are located at the peak and edge of the caldera, which offers visitors tranquility and serenity. We do not provide extra play areas for children. However, if such a reservation is made, the charge will be that of an additional person (i.e. 3persons or 4 persons despite the age of the child).
• Continental breakfast included in the rates.
• Transfer of guests, from/to the port or airport, may be provided upon request (through outsourcing) at an additional fee.
• The rates do not include 7% V.A.T. Therefore, IRIDA reserves the right to adjust the rates according to any changes in taxation and/or other external factors, without prior notification.
• IRIDA reserves the right to charge the visitor in full for the replacement and/or the repair of: mobile/static furnishings, linen/upholstery, decorative items, electrical appliances and/or any parts of the building if damages occur as a result of improper use.
